Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using RepStack, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

What RepStack Does

RepStack is a gym logging app that helps you track workouts, follow training programs, and get AI-powered progressive overload suggestions. It includes:

  • Workout logging with set tracking
  • AI coaching and progressive overload suggestions
  • Program import from text and spreadsheets
  • Strength scoring and progress tracking
  • 873 bundled exercises with images
  • Local data storage (SQLite on device)

Subscriptions

  • Free tier: Workout logging, exercise database, built-in programs, rest timer, 30-day history
  • Pro tier: AI coaching, program import, Strength Score, What-If projections, Workout Rewind, exercise trends, unlimited history, Live Activity, and more
  • Pro is available as monthly ($6.99/mo), annual ($39.99/yr with 7-day free trial), or lifetime ($119.99)
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
  • No refunds for partial billing periods — contact Apple for refund requests

Your Data

All workout data is stored locally on your device. You own your data completely. RepStack claims no rights to your workouts, programs, or any content you create.

If you enable iCloud Sync, your data syncs via Apple's CloudKit. We don't store your workout data on our servers.

AI Features

AI coaching suggestions are informational, not medical or professional fitness advice. Always use proper form and consult a professional if you're unsure about an exercise or training load.

AI-generated content (coaching text, parsed programs) may contain errors. Review imported programs before starting them.

Acceptable Use

Use RepStack for personal workout tracking. Don't reverse-engineer the app, scrape the exercise database, or abuse the AI features (excessive API calls, automated access).

Disclaimer

RepStack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, data preservation, or accuracy of AI suggestions.

  • We're not liable for injuries resulting from following AI coaching suggestions
  • We're not liable for data loss (back up via iCloud Sync if your data matters to you)
  • We're not liable for service interruptions or bugs

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepStack's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated in-app.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
